	The Self Writing Manifesto, is a microscopic observation exercise in extending temporalities of mycelium and its architectures, stretching our perception of non-human growth in time and scale.
It is composed of a physical part with the showcase of petri dishes with cultures of organisms used for the creation of time-lapses. The time-lapses are shown in a large format screen next to the samples. The digital time lapses are made with the use of a hacked stereoscopic microscope design to capture long take photography sessions.

	Sistema Cinco explores through technology the interdependencies and relationships of microorganisms, opposing nature’s molecular technologies with human-made ones.
It consists of a hacked microscope with robotic components that allow movement and exploration of vectors over microbial samples. The images that are projected live from the microscope are in opposition to the mapping of large terrains with the use of drones, where viewers can find connections and similarities between the microcosms in manners of scale, form and shape.
The microscope is connected to Artificial Intelligence to imagine realities of cybernetic management with algorithmic governance. Control algorithms are inspired by Stafford Beer’s Viable System, a non-hierarchical organization structure envisioned by the nervous system of biological organisms. The Viable System was the heart of the project Cybersyn, used for the management of Chilean state companies during the government of President Salvador Allende, from 1971 to 1973.PREMIERED AT ARS ELECTRONICA FESTIVAL 2023 (AT)

	Three modular structures, synchronized with slide projectors installed side by side, rotate at random times. These images, belonging to the Chilean context of the mid-twentieth century, have been intertwined with other current ones: visual memory of historical milestones such as the Puerto Monttearthquake, Salvador Allende's&#38;nbsp; election campaign and the foundation of “La Victoria”&#38;nbsp; popular settlement&#38;nbsp; are combined with images of the abandonment of the train stations in southern Chile. Creating a poetic narration of past and present.

	Wound
(2017)Herida is an interactive installation that works over the relationship between light, time, memory and politics. Using photographic enlargers of the 70’s and 90’s, these machines project the portraits of the three men who have immolated themselves in Chile, due to political and economic implications. The first of them occurred in a dictatorship period, and the other two in democracy, thus these events connect through most of modern Latin American history.
There are three enlargers with the portraits of these men, and opposite to them, a fourth machine, that projects the image of a house on fire on one of the walls of the room. The portraits are projected onto a photoluminescent dust that engraves the images temporarily, this process can repeat itself during an unlimited period of cycles.
This piece is a socio-political declaration on the ways in which the economic and political power is exerted and historically exercised over the South American continent throughout its modern history, taking as a point of connection the story&#38;nbsp; of these three people; Sebastian Acevedo, Eduardo Miño and Marco Cuadra. Through their biographies we can draw a line that begins with the geopolitical interventions promoted by the CIA to destabilize Latin American governments to establish dictatorships throughout the region, continuing with the raise in influence and power of transnational interest with companies that go through environmental measures, and ethical limits to enforce their own profit. These three men as a last way of protest, decide to immolates themselves to make a change and declare through their own bodies the injustices and abuses of power in different context; against the terrorist state of Pinochet, the abuse of power of transnational interest, and a against a corrupt legal system.

	“The Dark Room” consists of three 8mm projectors suspended from the ceiling by an upper support of three steel bars, its projection and refraction surface being 50 polished metal mirrors mounted on a triangular wooden structure, located in the center of the room. The projectors face each side of the triangle respectively. Each of these mirrors are connected to a Motor, which moves in relation to the positioning of the spectators in the space, using as a measurement system with a sensor of the type LIDAR.
This movement is not random, but is thought of as an internal physics, a kind of microgravity simulated algorithmically between the audience and the mirrors. Being this logic based on the movement of the foliage of the trees and the wind, a subtle impact, as a caress that extends in chain by the squares of a citie, or in this case, through the exhibition hall.
The body in space is the force that drives the mirrors, like leaves that vibrate by the wind; Producing with this gesture the rupture of the filmic image, transforming it in prism that instead of defragmenting the light spectrum, defragment the beholders eye. The film is held in a permanent loop using pulleys ranging from the ceiling of the room to the entrance slot of the projectors. The distance between the projectors and the ceiling is what determines the duration of the loop, producing a unique relationship with each place where the work is mounted.

	The Shadow Machine
(2013-16)The Shadow Machine (La Maquina de Sombras) is a historical fictional reconstruction of families, from the compilation of slides donated by strangers. All of them registered in a period from 1957 to 1995, taken in different parts of the world. The total number of slides collected exceeds 8000 the copies, of which 240 are selected.
During these long periods of time we can see how families change their physical and architectural, technological and socio-political landscape. This changes in the physical and imaginary landscape is explained by the historical and geographical period in which the photographs are inscribed. Some examples are; (1982), New York (1984), Mexico D.F (1978), Paraguay (1978), Buenos Aires (1971), Puerto Montt (1987).
The Shadow Machine makes use of 3 slide projectors, the image exchange is activated by the use of presence sensors that react to contact with a laser. They activate a sequence in the selection of the slides that maintain a conceptual and formal relationship between the images, referring to the historical and political reality lived in the periods in which they are registered.
On one side of the installation, one of the projection artifacts emits a series of images that are distorted and amplified, thanks to a tunnel of superimposed semi-transparent fabrics; These are enlarged proportionally to the projection of the image, which disappears as the distance from the point of emission increases. The other two projectors face two equally translucent contiguous fabrics, which trap the image at its focal point, to let the rest of the light that bounces off the wall, defocused, producing a light game of shade and color.

	The Invisible Cities: Santiago(2017)

The invisible cities is a machine designed to sustain the life of native mosses of southern Chile. The mosses are of a characteristic southern species, found in dead forests. Growing over rotten trunks, in conditions of high humidity and low temperature. For this purpose a structure capable of temperature and water control has been designed, with a a cooling system based on Peltier plates and a external temperature insulation thanks to a double glass wall. At the same time, images are projected in real time extracted from 2 microscopes that constantly observe the micro world of the mosses.
